The Coach/Athlete relationship need be symbiotic. Athletes MUST listen to their own bodies and communicate any and all discomforts or injuries to their Coaches. Coaches must observe athletes to identify potentials for injury and communicate modifications to their athletes. The two must LISTEN to one another for either one to be effective. LISTEN. Message!
