What Should I Put On My Feet?

Anything that will put less space between your heel and the ground. It should have a degree of arch support (if necessary or prescribed use orthopedic inserts). Brands: Asics, New Balance, INOV-8, Five-Fingers, Adidas, Nike. Types: Free-running, low profile, minimalist. There is a transition period as your entire kinetic chain has to re-integrate a postural change. For the first couple of months beginning by running shorter disatances or wearing the shoes for limited periods of time while gradually increasing distance/time in shoes.
