80% of your success (or defeat) is decided even before you set foot in the box. This process begins by quieting your mind.  It helps to have a sharp tone against the negative ideas swimming around in the ol’ noodle. Invest your positive energy on what you will ACCOMPLISH!

2. Focus on what you do well

3. Praise your actions
