Making Something Bad Even Worse

We like to do work. Sometimes making something bad even worse is another way to get even better at it! Weighted burpees and Turkish Sit-ups. Mmm drink it in. Ingredients: a CrossFit box, some dedicated people, body armor and weighted vests, and a clock. This class was smoked!
