September ends and October begins. Time to make new goals and/or wrap up older ones. Where’s your PR set and where would you like it to be. Pick one new goal to meet between now and the end of October. Something short-term and attainable. 2 more reps on your pull-ups. 10 more pounds on your Clean and Jerk. Better blocking and control of your midline. You get the idea. If you have a few minutes at the end of class get to it. Set your goal and stick to it.
