Universal connectivity

We all spend time setting goals for new 1 Rep Maximums, new skills (kipping pull-ups, muscle ups, handstand push-ups), and better WOD times. Many of us look forward to hitting WODs hard to help balance our minds and manage stress as well.  However, how many of us are paying attention to the balance and peacefulness of our spirits? There are many options to consider: yoga, tai chi, qi gong, meditation, practicing religion, art, poetry, music, and the list goes on. Which ones do you utilitze? If you haven’t considered it, why not begin exploring? If you already do cultivate your spirit, find more ways to feed yourself. Set some goals.  Grow your SELF.
