Rarr! Rarr! Like a dungeon dragon! You seriously should be aiming at working this hard at the things you love to do. Have the heart of a dragon. A fire breather! Some people do. We as coaches hear it all the time form the hard-working athletes at the box. Get angry. Get serious about your fitness. One body. One mind. Don’t waste it wishing you were a badass. Be a badass all the time! Be a fire breather.
