De-Load Week

Don’t know what de-load week is? Then you’re probably injured often.  We can’t go hard ALL the time.  Sometimes the body needs some healthy active rest as we give ourselves a chance to rebuild and repair internally.  Being sedentary is not the answer – dialing down the intensity a notch or two IS.  This week you will spend time revisiting basic skills, technique, and form as well as doing WOD’s not for time or with rest built right in. And you will like it.  Your body will thank you for it.
