Are you walking away from the chalk bucket coughing? Do your hands look like a professional mime’s hands, Mickey Mouse gloves or a powdered latex glove? Are your precious callouses tearing from “pull-ups”. STOP over chalking! A simple dusting will do just fine. If it is absolutely necessary tape your hands up. Re-gripping on the bar is not helping your situation either. Work on STRICT PULL-UPS and everything else will fall into place. Smooches!
