Here’s a friendly reminder for ya’ll: we’ll be closed from Dec 28th to Jan 3rd.  Didn’t know? You must not have read the blog on 13th of Dec 2012.  Shame on you.  We’ll miss you.  But – there’s no excuse to slack off next week – bodyweight WOD’s that you can do at home will be posted EVERY DAY.  Let the happy-dance commence.
