As Christina aka Thundaz was getting at her WOD the other day I noticed she was not hitting her Power Cleans like she usually does. The barbell was winning. She was challenged that day. To stay focused. We all have OFF days at the box. It’s happened to us all. Keep an eye out for your teammates. If you see an athlete struggling or a bit off their game shout some motivation their way. You’ll be glad you did. It’ll come back to you 3 fold. Stay positive. Be positive. Uplift the mood. Keep the voltage high.
