Overhead Squat

In the overhead position, maintain balance and control of the load (a.) over your frontal plane (f.) that is placing tge load directly over the middle of your feet. Avoid over extension (c.) as a missed lift may occur. Do place the head in a neutral position relative to the spine (A.).
