Jump Rope for Heart!

We Outpost Athletes regularly attend to our own health, but do you also do your part to help others learn about healthy living? Sometimes all it takes is a simple conversation with another person about what you’ve done for yourself.  The way you live is an inspiration, Outpost Athletes.  Always remember that.  Other times, we can choose to support an organization that aids those with extreme health needs.  This week, River Trail School is hosting Jump Rope for Heart to support The American Heart Association.  You all know and admire a kid who’s involved – our very own Dino.  If you feel The American Heart Association provides valuable help to those in need, consider donating.
