First of all, big ups to everyone who took the Paleo Challenge. It sure wasn’t easy and you are all experienced in what works for your body and what makes your body feel unresponsive to the training. In the spirit of awesomeness we will be meeting up at The Silo pizzeria in Lake Bluff. Yes, they do serve up a tasty Gluten-free pizza. The ribs are amazing! Here’s to you, Outpost Athlete.
