All the favorite CrossFit exercises rolled into one WOD for a second year running seemed like a good idea. Quickly, it has turned into a downward spiral of impeding fatigue and pain for those fortunate enough. Fortune favors the brave. This WOD is eating people alive. 13.1 AMRAP! 13.2 AMRAP! 13.3 AMRAP! I’m seeing a pattern of destruction here, HQ. Sinister? Maybe. Making us better? Definitely.
