Stop quaking, crying, fretting or betting. It’s 7 mins. If you spend the whole 7 minutes fighting for 1 Clean and Jerk at prescribed weight, so be it. If it’s a PR for you, then it’s a day to celebrate. If you know you can nail the C&J’s, but you cringe at the thought of T2B, let 13.4 be your gymnastics triumph. The whole point is to TRY. What we want to see is 7 minutes of effort. You’ve DEFINITELY got that in you. So buck up, buttercups. Hit this shit and hit it hard, no excuses!
