A friendly reminder: practice DOESN’T make perfect.  Perfect practice makes perfect.  Now that you are 4 weeks into the CrossFit Open, you understand. The act of repeating solidifies knowledge in the mind and the muscles. Therefore, you must repeat skills and lifts with proper technique many, many, many times before you can depend on that skill during fatigue.  This is why we build you up from modification to Rx’d.  This is why we holler at you to wrap your thumbs, block, align your spine, torque your knees, open your hips, keep your elbows in, etc, etc. etc.  We want your skills to be there for you when you need them most.  So practice perfect.  It’s science!
