Sure your goal is to get better and lift heavier weight. Sure your goal is to get better acquainted with your fellow CrossFitters. Sure it is your goal to  continue to stay positive in the face of adversity. Sure your plan to get better will come to fruition. Sure it is. As long as you are sure. Be confident.
