Push press! Yes we have begun the new Wendler cycle. These are 4 to 6 week strength cycles whereby you, the athlete, will increase your push press between 5-7 pounds! Yeah! Work your ass off and finish each rep.

Push Press:
WU: 5,5,3 @ 50,60,70
WS: Find 1RM @ 85%

WOD: 21-15-9
