With this hot summer weather it’s been hard to earn a OneRepMax. Wat to push through and work on pushing through with the warm temperatures. Summer weather. Finally. Next week it is going to cool off if you want to call it that so in the meantime let’s keep the fridge stocked up. So feel free to bring something to pass around. Keep it in the fridge nice and cool.
