Helpful math tips for building loads on bars:

45 pound bar:
65#: 2 10’s
95#: 2 25’s
115#: 2 35’s
135#: 2 45’s
155#: 2 45’s + 2 10’s

35 pound bar:
55#: 2 10’s
85#: 2 25’s
105#: 2 35’s
125#: 2 45’s
145#: 2 45’s + 2 10’s

When you are building any other load variation on your bar, always use the least amount of plates possible. This keeps your bar balanced and frees smaller plates for other athletes in class. CrossFit is based on efficient movement. Employ efficiency in more areas of your life, including loading your bar.
