Partial ROM Training

This week a new lifting cycle commences. It will be like none you’ve ever done with us before. We’ll be utilizing partial range of motion repetitions to help build connective tissue that can handle higher loads. We’ll focus on the range just after the wall, or sticking point. Partial reps only reduce the range of motion used, not the weight. In fact, you’ll be able to move more weight than is possible for you during full range reps. Nervous? Don’t be. The enemy of fear is knowledge.

WS: 5-5-5 @65, 70, 75%

WOD: 10 min AMRAP

8 Jumping Lunges

10 Push Ups
