Wednesday we celebrate the birthday of our guest Coach Rosi.  As you know, she has been nursing her knee for awhile now, and often comes up with interesting modifications for WOD movements to keep her intensity level up and power output high.  We’ll honor her with a WOD featuring some of her stand-by moves.
