Don’t Call It a Comeback

Once upon a time Shauntea Denton walked into Outpost CrossFit, lifting skills and prior workout knowledge in hand, and embraced our CrossFitting ways.  She was so inspired, in fact, that after a handful of months CrossFitting, she enrolled for and earned her CF Level 1 Cert.  Shortly after, she suffered an injury that kept her out of the box for many months.  Today, we’re happy to say, Shauntea has returned to us, healed and determined and has been quickly regaining her strength.  Though Shauntea rested on injury leave, she really never left.  We’re glad you’re back in the box!
