As summer draws to a close we reflect back on the summer weather the Midwest so briefly had this season. Good times with family and friends were undeterred by the sometimes unpredictable but generally cool weekends. Sure you can waste your time wishing you could have worked out harder for the 2 weeks before vacation. Or you can come to Outpost CrossFit during the Fall and Winter months (when your mostly covered up anyway) and bust your ass till Spring time.

Yeah. It’s that easy. Don’t just SAY you are going to put in max effort to better your circumstances. Do it!
