So that Halloween party is coming up NEXT Friday! In the meantime, check out this pic. Do you think your job is not affecting your posture? How about driving or watching TV? Over active pectorals, rounded shoulders, tight hamstrings. A CrossFitters worst nightmare for sure.

Be sure to hit the mobilization before and after your class as time permits to get the tissues prepped for action. If you find you don’t have time afterwards grab a tennis all at home and get to it.
