You can get a hot body by going to the Globo. You can. You can flex in the mirror, do your bicep curls, lay on the leg press, sweat on the elliptical and brag about it. It’s possible. We’re not saying it’s not possible. You can get a hot body by buying a “Home Gym” and setting it up in your garage, basement, living room or even get a fold-down model that slides under your bed. Yeah, sweet dreams for all. It’s possible.
Instead, you CrossFit because you are a driven athlete. You aren’t here to look good, you’re here to get better at life. You want to climb, jump, run, and hell you even want to fly! Really, all those sassy machines can make you look hot because they do the work FOR you. At Outpost CrossFit, the driven spend time perfecting technique, challenging limits, setting goals and attaining them. We write on the floors, the walls, we chalk up, we throw up, we fail fail fail and then succeed. And we do it all without glancing in a mirror EVEN ONCE. Hotness is a side effect. Greatness is a given!
