Today is a day we have been anticipating for almost a year! Outpost now offers Yoga! Thanks to a positive partnership with MissFIT Complete Inc, we’ll be hosting Yoga classes twice a week every week beginning on Wednesday Nov 6th.  Taught by Maryanna Gibbs, our Yoga classes will expand your horizons as an athlete assisting with strength, flexibility and recovery.  Visit our Pricing page to sign up for a Yoga membership option that works for you.  And no – you do not have to be a CrossFit member!
