Come to the party. Don’t bring this guy.

It’s time to party! Bring your favorite food, beverage and/or treat to share for our Halloween party that starts at 7pm! We no longer have a grill, so bring food already prepped and cooked if necessary.  Prioritize: protein, healthy carbs (for post WOD), hydration, paleo-treats, libations.  Bring the awesome people you share life with: spouses, kids, parents, friends, special friends, and anyone else that recognizes how flippin’ cool you are!
