After a kickass performance at the Trodo Games hosted by CrossFit Defined in Lincoln Square Chicago by our Cat2 teams this weekend, I would like thank everyone at our box who got us there in the first place. YOU! That’s right! Thank you Outpost athletes. The whole lot of you that keep the team spirit and competitive fires ever stoked and burning red hot. Forging Elite Fitness.
The one thing that stood out to us as coaches, was discussed by many, and heard a lot was, “Outpost has excellent form.” The technique you all exhibited was flawless. Under duress and pressure the Kinetic Chain will begin to rely solely on muscle memory. You perform how you train. That’s why the coaches Drill and Kill approach is so effective.
