Well The Chief smoked us! No – not that way, the hard-work way! Steve L. said he left his soul on the ground in his sweat-angel.  Jeff C. watched the steam rise off his chest while prone post-WOD.  Aaron B. and Taylor C. did their usual keep-up-with-me routine.  Coach Dave killed it with the highest completed rounds.  Then at 7, those of us dedicated to our recovery and mobility got deep in Yoga class with Maryanna. A great time was had by all!
