You know what.  You know why.  Here’s HOW. Lucky for you, if you come to the box and push yourself on the regular, you’re doing it already! To build new mitochondria, you must work at your highest level of intensity, but also follow that work with brief periods of rest.  Likely, you caught on to the hints I  dropped in Why Do I Want to Build More Mitochondria? last week.  This dude, Izumi Tabata along with his colleague Irisawa Koichi developed a pretty darn good way to do it.  And we did the heck out of this on Friday. High Intensity Intervals is where it’s at.  Come and build your body.
