Do you ever have that feeling if you don’t make it to CrossFit your whole world will collapse? When you finally make it to CrossFit class do you ever have that feeling that maybe you’re not sure you should be there? When you finally get warmed up do you get that feeling of quasi-accomplishment? You’ve made it to the strength portion of the programing and you get that feeling of energy flowing through you? Do you ever get that feeling of nervousness when you get to the WOD, not sure of how you will perform?
And right at the tail end of the WOD do you ever feel like this with the bar above your head?
