Are you being productive or just active? Are you avoiding what’s truly important by staying busy or moving fast? What things in your life are producing results and therefore happiness? What things take up your time but don’t result in desirable outcomes?

How does this affect your training? Are you stuck? Why? If you don’t have the answer to these questions relating to your training, talk to one of your Coaches in between classes.  Let us help you identify, set, and achieve real goals.  Cut the fat.  Literally and figuratively.  You will thank yourself for becoming greater!
