Make Your Body a Priority

On Sunday, Caryn Gray of Therapeutic Hands helped our athletes make their bodies a priority.  Healing sports massages were provided to our members that booked an appointment.  It’s a common mistake for athletes to consider recovery to be “complete” when soreness is gone.  Muscles bind with tension when under stress and when the fibers fuse, they prevent complete range of motion. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates.

Caryn is our in-house massage therapist, available for appointments the first Sunday of each month.  If you’re an Outpost member, you have access to her therapeutic hands! Take advantage! Next appointments available on Sunday April 6th.  Be there.  Make your body a priority.
