Change is learning, and learning is growing.  Many of us resist change, and in that process of resistance, we spend more energy than we would if we simply embraced it.  Without change, things remain stagnant. Most people who fear change fear it because it forces them outside of their comfort zone.  In fact change, even GOOD change, can be UNcomfortable, but that’s a good indication that you’re growing and leaving your old habits behind! What ways can you apply this understanding of change to your training? What ways can you apply it to your life?
