Learn, Learn and Relearn

“I hope I get better.” I heard that in a conversation today at the box. Learning the foundations of CrossFit movements which, simply put, are commonly used in a daily basis. This is functional movement.

Going back to the basics to relearn these movements is never always positive. More to gain. Working the fundamentals is a staple in all sporting endeavors.
