The Cholesterol Myth

Your cholesterol is a structural component of your cells.  Did you know that? One reason your body produces cholesterol is to compensate for vascular damage caused by inflammation. Did you know THAT? Among the functions of cholesterol are assisting with hormone production and producing bile. Yes, you can get a build up of “bad” (LDL) cholesterol that restricts your blood flow, but it’s not cholesterol’s existence that’s a problem.  It’s the so-called ‘food’ you’re putting in your body.  Jonny Bowden, The Rogue Nutritionist elaborates.  Check it out here: The Cholesterol Myth.
