Way too many people rely on the number they see on the scale to help them justify their fitness levels and or goals. Weight ISN’T everything! STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO AN AIRBRUSHED IMAGE ON A GLOSSY PAGE!!! Don’t be mislead, people. Look up the term Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

Stop comparing your physicality to others! There is only one YOU. The way you look physically is a unique attribute that only pertains to you. Keep it. There isn’t much we do have that truly belongs to us nowadays. Why squander what is left?
