Remember when you first started CrossFit and it was a struggle? And you thought “I’ve just started. It’ll get better. By next year I’ll be flying through these things with no problem”.

Remember when you finished the WOD last week? Even though you’ve been doing this three years now, every WOD can make you feel like you did back on day one. That’s how it should be. If it’s not, you’re not trying hard enough!
