The Secret to Success: Fail More Often

You’re never going to get better if you keep doing pull-ups on the green band.  You’re never going to get better if you continue to lift 40% of your 1RM during that WOD that prescribed 65%.  You’re never going to get better if you’re trying to be perfect.  Fail, for flip’s sake. If you can’t take failure, just stay home and admire  yourself in the mirror or something. If you want to improve, fail, evaluate, analyze and try again. Repeat.
