Meet Tina.  This dedicated CrossFitter who calls Outpost her home box is recovering from spinal surgery. She’s climbing back up the ladder of skill and strength one wrung at a time.  She’s listening to her Coaches, her body and her driven attitude.  If you’re on the mend, consider continuing to train within healthy limits. With modifications, you are building strength, avoiding injury, and gaining confidence. Modify with pride.
