Sometimes we all just need a little reminder. Going back to the roots; the basics. Working your mechanics is always the key to improving your functional movement. If at first you don’t succeed go back and do what your coach told you to do the first time.
We will keep going back to basics this week to cover the 9 Key Movements of CrossFit. Sometimes regression is helpful. Talk to your ego. Don’t cry about it and just do work, son. Shut up and squat.
