How do you stay in the game? Take inventory of how your body feels at the beginning of each class.

  • Step 1:  Check in with your weak points and trouble areas.    Ask yourself: did I get enough sleep? Did I eat sufficiently today to support this workout? Am I tight anywhere? Do I need to modify today?
  • Step 2: Communicate how your body is feeling to the Coach.  Ask if the coach has any mobilization or modification suggestions.
  • Step 3: LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR COACH SAYS

It’s simple.  Nobody likes to get benched.  You’re all starters on our roster – so protect and defend your position.  Stay in the game.
