True Heros

Hero WOD’s are designed to help us keep things in perspective.  Our PR’s, placement in competitions and blood sweat and tears shed during CrossFit are hardly comparable to those that place themselves in harm’s way to protect and save others. Make no mistake, you’re bad-ass, but it’s very important to recognize the true heros that make it possible for all of us to work on becoming stronger every day.
