You’ve got goals.  What are you doing to reach them? The idea of one-size-fits-all training is attractive to our American society fueled by short-cuts, magic pills, and lack of personal responsibility.  That’s not you.  That’s not what you want.  You’re ready to make your health a priority.

You may want to alter your blood chemistry. Get that cholesterol down.  Manage your blood pressure. You may want to shed adipose tissue. Build muscle mass. You may also want to increase flexibility and mobility.  Become agile. Recovering from an injury? Surgery? Rehabilitation may top your list. Whatever your goal, it’s YOUR goal.  Is your body the same as your neighbor’s? Your spouse’s? Even your parents’? No. It’s yours and it’s function is unique to you.
