Drink your 2 liters a day.  Flush out your lactic acid build up and toxins.  Recover.  Stay alert.  Shed fat.  Next time you wonder why you’re not meeting your goals, take a look at your water intake. It may be affected by your H2O intake. Don’t let dehydration win.
