Hamstrings, Lower Back and Quads: Mobility

Right about now your hammies, quads and low back are speaking up: “Trodo 12.2014 was great!” They say.  “We had sooooo much fun”, they say. (Trust us, that’s what they’re saying.  It’s just in a different language 🙂

The above video provides some guidelines from an industry pro that many boxes trust, including CrossFit Inc. Kelly Starrett, owner of Mobility WOD, has a little bit of advice on how to attend to almost every part of your body.  He’s a bit of a jokester, so the information will not only be helpful, but fun to absorb as well.
