Logging your food and exercise is the typical first step toward reaching your nutritional goals. Take note: you don’t have to restrict calories to use this app to your advantage. This is about accountability and awareness. You gotta know what you’re putting in your face to make a change! So what if it’s two days before Christmas? Awareness is step one.
