Stretch your limits

Let’s face it. Usually you come to class, kick some ass, grab your stuff and leave. It’s about time you start setting yourself up for success with post-wod stretching. Celebrate your awesomeness post-wod, by all means! But give your muscles a nice cool down with some friendly stretching to say “Thanks, body. Let’s do this again tomorrow.” Keep your machine tuned up and tuned in. You’re in this for life, remember?
